Landon Tengwall is a former Penn State football offensive lineman from Annapolis, Maryland. A highly touted recruit, he arrived at Penn State as one of the top offensive line prospects in the nation. During his time with the Nittany Lions, Landon showcased his talent and leadership on and off the field, becoming a respected figure within the program. However, after battling injuries, he made the difficult decision to medically retire from football in 2023.

Determined to stay connected to the game and his Penn State roots, Landon transitioned into sports media, leveraging his degree in broadcast journalism. He created and now hosts Behind The Wall, a dynamic show that offers in-depth conversations with athletes, coaches, and personalities from the world of sports. Through his engaging and insightful interviews, he provides fans with a behind-the-scenes look at Penn State athletics, life beyond the game, and the personal journeys of the athletes he features.
